In the unlikely event you received goods which were not what you ordered
or which damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that
state on the order from, we shall, at its own discretion, make good any
shortage or non-delivery, replace defective good, we refund to you the
amount you paid for the good in question PROVIDE THAT you notify us of
the problem in writing
within 14days of delivery of the goods.
If you have received faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your name, sale record number and fault description with proof of photos attached by email. We will provide you the address to return the item.Once the return item is received, the full refund will be issued.
Upon receipt we will send you a replacement, If you have purchased the incorrect item, please request a return authorization number by emailing email@example.com and we will send return instruction to you.
Please be aware we are unable to accept goods back that have been opened, used or are not in the bag as original condition. Return items have to be undamaged, unworn and still in the packet. Buyers have a right to exchange however said buyer has to pay for the return fee. Refund can be made only for the price of the product.We are willing to accept returns if customers are not happy with the quality of the products or received defected items. Please contact us ASAP.
