Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Service which
usually takes 2-3 working days for First Class Service and 5-6 working days from postal due date to arrive for Second Class Service. Although
this postal method has a proven success rate we do not guarantee a
delivery date. There is an option to upgrade your postage to record
and would encourage you to do so to ensure its safe arrival.
We dispatch orders overnight (Monday to Friday) so all order after 8am will be dispatched next day.
If you require the item fast, please upgrade to Special Delivery (Special Delivery Next Day (£500) - £7.50) where items can be delivered before 1PM next day (Excluding Saturday).
If you want to get it delivered on Saturday, please choose Saturday Service (Special Delivery Next Day (£2500) - £10.50).
Good will be sent to the address given by you in your order and as stated in the order confirmation. We like to ask you that you double check the address given before placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched it will be sent to the address provided.
Some orders may require a signature or the parcel is being a packet size which would not able to go through our letter box, it will be your responsibility to contact the local Royal Mail collection office in case an item had not been received within responsible amount time. Please only contact us if you have waited 15 working days from the dispatched email you have received from us and have followed the procedures below.
Most items are packet size and won’t be able to fit through the letter box, from experience NOT ALL postman leave ‘whilst you were out’ red card. Therefore please check with your neighbours and contact your Local Royal Mail Collection Office in case your item is waiting to be picked up.
Check the delivery address you have given on eBay and PayPal. If it is not please contact the stated address on your eBay.
If your item still doesn’t turn up and you have waited 15 working days, (28 days for Rest of the World) from the postal date please email us at : email@example.com We will ask you to fill in and sign a ‘Lost a Post ‘declaration form which will need to be returned to us before we will send you either replacement or refund according to your request.
This information is used by Royal Mail to keep on their database to their improve service and to track multiple claims by fraudulent customers. By doing so we are making eBay a safer place to Sell and Buy.
